Do you ❤️ pangrams?

Pangrams are holoalphabetic sentences—they include every letter of the alphabet. You know the one: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

Pangrams are loved by lexophiles—especially calligraphers.

In January of 2023, Heather Leavitt Martinez gave students in her Improve Your Handwriting class stickers that featured a pangram she wrote. She then challenged her students to write their own pangrams to help practice their lettering. A few hours later, Cate Smock emailed her with the pangram she wrote and Heather immediately reached out to the Sweethearts of Lettering. It was in that moment that the Pangram Love contest began!
